HB Police Chief Ed Small Speaks Out!

Chief Ed Small shared his concerns about the number of Driving Under the Influence arrests made in Huntington Beach during his talk to the Huntington Beach Coordinating Council on Monday January 4th at Murdy Park.  He feels that there is a direct link between the amazing number of establishments serving alcohol in the downtown Main Street core and the number of individuals driving while over the legal limit.
