The mission of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and Post 11548 is to support programs to increase awareness of the sacrifices of America's veterans, to promote citizenship education, volunteerism, and positive youth programs and to facilitate aid for veterans, active duty personnel, and their families in need of medical, rehabilitative, educational, financial and employment services.

The VFW is committed to improving the lives of veterans and service personnel, their families and their communities.

The VFW is collecting old eye glasses for Vet's awaiting their new prescription glasses.  Just send an email to vfwhb11548@earthlink.net and a VFW mwmber will pick them up!
